Classroom-Based Phlebotomy Training Course

Our classroom-based learning is split into two sections to guarantee efficient instruction:

Remote theoretical learning (online)

We offer comprehensive theoretical learning for the first section of our online phlebotomy course, which you may finish at the convenience of your home. After you have successfully finished the coursework and assessments, you can go attend the practical learning phase.

Face-to-face practical learning

You will obtain practical demonstrations and hands-on experience that will reinforce your role as part of the practical training.

The two learning slots that make up the practical learning portion each last for four hours:

  • First 4 hours: You will learn how to draw blood more smoothly, lower risks, and manage the patient’s response through hands-on practice using mannikins.
  • Final 4 hours: Under strict supervision, you will then have the opportunity to take blood samples from fellow participants with their consent.
