Are there any workplace requirements?
Yes. You must be employed or actively working (paid or voluntary) in the care sector within the UK throughout the course.

To complete the qualification, you are required to evidence at least 50 hours of work placement through witness testimonies. These must be completed and signed by a supervisor or staff member who is occupationally competent. It confirms that you have achieved the required work-based learning outcomes.
What are the requirements of witness testimony/workplace evidence to be accepted?

Please note: we do not accept handwritten workplace evidence. Kindly submit typed observation comments only. Here are the requirements for your workplace to be accepted:

  • The observation comments should be typed in the same document we provide or available in the portal.
  • The observation comments should be in third-person narrative (he/she demonstrated....) as these are observations made by your supervisor.
  • Must be wet-signed or e-signed by your supervisor and dated properly.
  • The signature on the workplace evidence should match the supervisor who signed your workplace agreement.
