In this course, participants will be trained to identify and react to variations in vital signs, heart rate, respiratory rate and including blood pressure. The monitoring of vital signs and blood glucose levels enables medical, clinical and nursing staff to closely observe patients and take necessary actions if there is any deterioration.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of how the human body functions.
- Learn the correct procedure for measuring blood pressure, temperature, respiration, pulse and blood glucose levels.
- Identify situations where it is necessary to inform a senior member of staff.
